The K3 students of Castar Kindergarten recently participated in a Post Office experience activity!
During the activity, the children freely explored various post office services, operating postage label vending machines, posting letters in mailboxes, and trying out counter services firsthand.
Working in small groups, the children interviewed postal workers to gain a deeper understanding of their daily routine. They also interviewed several members of the public to learn about the post office services they frequently use, reinforcing their knowledge of Hong Kong's postal services.
In addition, the foreign teacher led the children in learning about post office facilities through play. Conducting situational learning on-site within a rich language context made learning English particularly meaningful!
