🍁 Joint-School Autumn Parent-Child Trip cum Chinese Cultural Experience - Cheung Chau 🍁 (2026)
With the crisp autumn breeze in the air, it's time for our much-anticipated Autumn Parent-Child Trip! This year, we are heading to Cheung Chau.
On this day, our children, together with their parents and classmates, experienced the joy of taking a ferry ride and joined a Parent-Child Ping On Bun Workshop. They learned about Cheung Chau's traditional festivals and customs, including the Jiao Festival, the Bun Scrambling Competition, and the iconic blessed Ping On Bun.
From kneading the dough to stamping the bright red characters for “Peace”, the children made their own buns with love — wishing their families peace, safety and good health. It was truly meaningful! ❤️
Cheung Chau is an island rich in history and culture. Through our fun stamp-collecting check-in activity, families explored Pak Tai Temple, Tung Wan Beach, Cheung Chau Cinema, the Love Lock Wall, Sai Wan Tin Hau Temple and more. Families also enjoyed cycling along the waterfront or taking a leisurely stroll together, soaking up the island’s unique local charm! 📸
